Provian

The Provian range initially consisted of dry forms of acetate/lactate based shelf-life extenders and food-safety regulators. Research showed that acetates are more effective and next generation Provian products were purely acetate based and consisted of synergetic blends of various acetates. The latest development is the use of vinegar as a source for the acetates which makes these vinegar-based products a clean label additive.
