Niacet Poster presented during IAFP-meeting (Portland, Oregon) – August 6, 2015

In 2014 Niacet conducted a study at the Food Research Institute (FRI)* to further investigate the efficacy of Provian K against Listeria monocytogenes at very low dosages compared against a control and competitor products.

The results of this study showed that at dosages as low as 0,25% Provian K gives full protection against Listeria monocytogenes for 90 days (at 4°C) which is 10x lower than the traditional lactate-based preservatives.

During the recently held IAFP**-meeting in Portland, Oregon, USA a poster with the results of the FRI-study was presented by one of the researchers. There was a lot of interest and many people requested a copy of the poster.
