Bakery preservation and quality enhancement

This includes the Probake and CrystalPro product lines (calcium propionate) and Niaproof lactylates.

Acidity regulation, flavoring and mineral fortification

The Progusta line consists of a variety of acetate derivatives, effective buffering agents and flavoring agents for various food products. The Progusta line offers products that can be used for low sodium foods as replacement for sodium (di)acetate.

Meat preservation

The Provian product offers a range of low dosage products for food safety and shelf-life extension for a variety of meat products. The Provian range has solutions for low-sodium and no-sodium products and has no negative impact on sensory parameters.

Clean Label solutions

The latest addition to our product portfolio are vinegar based products, which can be labelled as (Dry) Vinegar, Neutralized Vinegar or Buffered Vinegar. They offer the same food safety and shelf-life extension as chemical preservatives, but without the need to mention an E-number and are therefore a true clean label solution.
